FAQs
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the United Kingdom. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
Is there a minimum or maximum length of shower hire?
No, we can accommodate both short term (single day events) or long term hire periods.
What preparations do I need to make?
We prefer to deliver your units at least 1 day before your event, so we can ensure everything is working properly. Each shower unit requires a 16 amp power supply (max power requirement is 1.5 kW), mains water 25mm supply, and either a drain within 10 meters or provision for a soak-away pipe.
Can you service the showers during the event?
Yes, we either offer onsite attendance for bigger events or a daily clean service, both of these services are charged extra.
Where can you install the shower units?
In most instances we will deliver the units by 4x4, the ground needs to be level and firm, but we don't need hard standing. Shower units are 3.5 meters in height, so access routes to the site need to allow this.

Do I need to have a mains water supply on the event site?
It is by far cheaper to have a mains water supply at the site, if you dont we can assist in sourcing a local contractor to supply tanked water. Our shower units have large header tanks, but these are designed as a buffer to support lower pressure mains supplies only.
We have a low water pressure, will this affect the showers?
Our showers have large header tanks and high pressure pumps which ensures that every shower experience is the same, good pressure and constantly hot showers.
How much water will the showers use?
Our showers use around 6 ltrs of water per min per bay. Changing time / header tank capacity and mains flow rate should be taken into consideration when calculating requirements for your event. We are happy to assist with this.
What happens to the waste water ?
At most events waste water is piped into a drain or soakaway pipe. We can supply 10m of waste pipe per unit. If the site does not support either of these options we can supply a grey water holding tank that will need to be emptied by a local contractor.
Do you supply the gas for the showers?
Yes, each unit is supplied with a 47kg propane gas cylinder. We can supply extra gas for bigger events.
